Valuation orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving the appraisal order request. New orders are assigned to local appraisers who are familiar with the subject market in order to provide our clients with an appraiser who is competent and able to report the facts accurately in the determination of an opinion of value. The completed appraisal report can be expected within 48 hours of the inspection date for residential services. Turn times for commercial services vary by region and complexity.
